Return Policy

At Geoorood, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the conditions below.

For returns due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, a 15% order processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team and provide:

· Reason for return

· Product information

Return requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

· The product must be unused and in its original condition.

· The product must include original packaging, accessories, and any included items.

· The return request must be approved by our customer service team before sending the product back.

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is requested due to personal reasons, including:

· Ordered the wrong item

· Selected the wrong product

The return shipping cost will be based on the actual shipping fee charged by the carrier.

For returns due to personal reasons, a 15% order processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Geoorood Responsibility

Geoorood will cover the return shipping cost if:

· The product arrives damaged

· The product has a manufacturing defect

· You receive an incorrect item

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product and complete the inspection, we will process your refund.

If the order has not been shipped:

A full refund will be issued.

If the order has already been shipped:

The order cannot be canceled. Customers may request a return after receiving the product according to our Return Policy.
